Ingredients

      
For the dough:
      
210 grams of flour
      
140 grams of butter
      
70 g sugar
      
1 egg
      
For the cream is needed:
      
210 g sugar
      
4 egg yolks,
      
210 grams of nuts,
      
half a lemon
      
4 egg whites beaten stiff,

Preparation

      
Dough: flour, whip butter until it was break, place the sugar and add 1 whole egg.
      
Knead until everything is homogenized. The batter is spread in the pan so batter will be on the edge a little higher.
