Apple cake

Ingredients

      
- 2 eggs
      
- 1 Tbs lard tipped
      
- 1 small yogurt (or sour cream can substitute - so leaving smoother, and more crumbly)
      
-3-4 Tbl sugar
      
- 1 baking powder
      
- Flour to batter out a vigorous (to me they got about 500 grams)
      
- Vanilla essence, lemon peel

      
-1 Kg apples
      
- Cinnamon
      
- 4 Tbs sugar

Preparation

      
I started with apples. I cleaned and I gave grated, we passed the juice and I've made quality with sugar and cinnamon. We all fell to juice quality, and I prepared the dough until I left to cool.

      
So mix whole eggs, fat, yogurt, sugar, essence and lemon peel to all well mixed.
      
Add flour mixed with baking powder, and is a vigorous dough, which is divided into 2.
