Ingredients
* 115 grams butter
* 80 g brown sugar
* 75 g white sugar
* 2 teaspoons baking powder
* Bicarbonate 1 / 2 teaspoon
* 1 whole egg
* 210 g flour
* Vanilla essence 1 / 2 teaspoon
* 130 g chopped nuts
Preparation Mix the butter with both sugars. No need to mix more, must still feel the sugar. Add egg, vanilla and stir slightly. Add flour, baking powder and baking soda, mixing gently. Finally, blend it all with ground peanuts. Take small forms and give them shape dough balls slightly smaller than a walnut. Put them on baking sheet covered with parchment paper, being careful to leave space between them. Bake them for 10 min at 190grade Celsius.
